With no results…..weight wise. I am mentally on track, but my belly and other “flab” things are still “hanging” around. Quit rude being unwanted guests if you ask me. So while I watch House, I will pick up that water ball and MOVE!! Trying to do it slow to start out since Sunday I kind of overdid it and then was very sore for the next 2 days. It hurt really good though!! Just started to notice too much too fast will keep me from achieving my goal because of a burn out. So, off I go to move and stretch!!
Anyone else hate sweating as much as I do? Seriously, I feel like a guy the way I can sweat!
