With no results…..weight wise.  I am mentally on track, but my belly and other “flab” things are still “hanging” around.  Quit rude being unwanted guests if you ask me.  So while I watch House, I will pick up that water ball and MOVE!!  Trying to do it slow to start out since Sunday I kind of overdid it and then was very sore for the next 2 days.  It hurt really good though!!  Just started to notice too much too fast will keep me from achieving my goal because of a burn out.  So, off I go to move and stretch!!

 Anyone else hate sweating as much as I do?  Seriously, I feel like a guy the way I can sweat!

Well…..

I have been maintaining what I eat and tracking everything….so far, no weight loss, but I feel better mentally!!  Guess it starts from inside out, right?!  If that is the case, then I hopefully won’t need to take my medicine anymore or at least a lesser dose of it anyway.

I have to say that this site so far has been motivating and something I am looking forward to doing everyday.  I don’t feel as bored, & hopefully I won’t stop using it!!  I will lose this weight and feel great about it!!

Okay so this is it!

HOPING that I actually stay on this course,…… this time anyway.  My husband is now officially smaller than me.  By 20 pounds……that needs to change!!  Thank goodness he doesn’t care.  But then again, if he doesn’t, why do I care so much!????
